VCAM1 Human Recombinant is expressed in E. coli containing 674 amino acids (a.a. 25-698) fused to an amino terminal hexahistidine tag, having a total MW of 78.8kDa.
Physical Appearance and Stability: Store at 4° C if entire vial will be used within 1-2 weeks. Store, frozen at -20° C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: VCAM1 is supplied in 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 8), 250mM NaCl, 0.5mM DTT, 1.5mM Cysteine, and 50% Glycerol. Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Application: VCAM1 can be used directly as a positive control in Western blotting, ELISA, immunoprecipitation and other immunological experiments. The biological activity of this product has not yet been tested.
