Description: The E.Coli derived recombinant protein contains the T.Pallidum TmpA immunodominant regions. The protein contains beta- galactosidase (114 kDa) fused at the N- terminus.
Physical Appearance and Stability: Treponema Pallidum protein although stable at 4° C for 1 week, should be stored below -18° C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: 8M urea, 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8 & 10mM B-ME. Treponema Pallidum protein is >90% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
Application: Treponema Pallidum protein binds to murine anti-TmpA protein monoclonal antibodies and Treponema pallidum converted human serum polyclonal antibodies in ELISA and Western Elisa. Dot Blots and Lateral Flow immunochromatographic diagnostics test.
