In this context, they play a role in the regulation of social behaviors, such as aggression, mating, pup-suckling, territory establishment and dominance (Probable). Binds the pheromone analog 2-sec-butyl-4, 5-dihydrothiazole (SBT) in vitro (PubMed:25279835).
