The Ki values against recombinant HDAC isoenzymes HDAC1, HDAC2, HDAC3, HDAC6, HDAC8, and HDAC10 are 4, 14, 11, 15, 7, and 20 nM respectively. CRA-026440 shows antitumor and antiangiogenic activities[1]. CRA-026440 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
