Arsenazo III is used for the determination of Ca2+ in micromolar amounts, to investigate calcium transport in permeabilized cells and for the determination of serum calcium. Spectrophotometric reagent for U, Th, Zr and other metals. Indicator for the precipitation titration of SO4 with Ba.
