Type II receptors initiate signaling cascades by phosphorylating and activating type I receptors, which undergo autophosphorylation. AMHR2/MISRII Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived AMHR2/MISRII protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
