This reagent is used to determine the m yoglobin content in human serum.

The Mb in human serum or pla sm a meets its corresponding polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies respectively combined with latex particles in a liquid buffer, then the latex particles are cr oss - linked to each other and increase turbidity of the soluti on. Under a certain wavelength, t he turbidity is proportional to the concentration of Mb in the sample with the presence of an appropriate amount of its corresponding antibodies. Mb concentration in the sample can be calculated by comparing the calibrator result with same processing.

This assay kit is suitable for automatic or semi - automatic biochemical analyzer with 570nm and 800nm wavelength.

Patient sample testing should be completed within 4 hours. Samples stored at 2 - 8C should be measured within 24 hours. Otherwise, the sample should be stored at - 20C. Centrifuge the sample again after thawing before the assay. Avoid repeated freeze - thaw cycles.
This kit comes with a calibrator.
