Neutralization	The neutralization activity of TNFSF11 Neutralizing Antibody is Measured by its ability to neutralize TNFSF11 induced osteoclast-like cell formation in RAW 264.7 mouse macrophages. The Neutralization titer (IC50) is typically 4-16 ng/mL in the presence of 30 ng/mL Recombinant Human RANKL/OPGL/TNFSF11/CD254.
