Capture Ab	1.0 mg/mL of mouse anti-IL1RL1 monoclonal antibody. Dilute to a working concentration of 2.0 ug/mL in CBS before coating.
Detection Ab	0.5 mg/mL of mouse anti-IL1RL1 monoclonal antibody conjugated to horseradish-peroxidase (HRP). Dilute to working concentration of 0.5 ug/mL in detection antibody dilution buffer before use.
Standard	Each vial contains 45 ng of recombinant IL1RL1. Reconstitute standard powder with 1 mL detection antibody dilution buffer. After reconstitution, store at -20C to -80C in a manual defrost freezer. A six-point standard curve usi ng 2-fold serial dilutions in sample dilution buffer, and a high standard of 800 pg/mL is recommended.
Principle of the test	The human IL1RL1 ELISA Pair Set is for the quantitative determinationof human IL1RL1. This ELISA Pair Set contains the basic components required for the development of sandwich ELISAs. The Sino Biological ELISA Pair Set is a solid phase sandwich ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay). It utilizes a monoclonal antibody specific for IL1RL1 ( DER4 / ST2) coated on a 96-well plate. Standards and samples are added to thewells, and any IL1RL1 present binds to the immobilized antibody. The wells arewashed and a horseradish peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-IL1RL1 monoclonalantibody is then added, producing an antibody-antigen-antibody "sandwich". Thewells are again washed and TMB substrate solution is loaded, which producescolor in proportion to the amount of IL1RL1 present in the sample. To end theenzyme reaction, the stop solution is added and absorbances of the microwellare read at 450 nm.
