Immobilized Cynomolgus PDGFRB-His (Cat:90215-C08H) at 10 ug/ml (100 ul/well) can bind Cynomolgus S4-mFc3-PDGFB, The EC50 of Cynomolgus S4-mFc3-PDGFB is 3.6-7.4 ng/ml.
