Description	miRNA Kit provides a fast and easy column based method to isolate small RNA (?200 bp) from cells, tissues, fresh blood and virus. RNA (28S rRNA, 18S rRNA, mRNA) at high molecular weight is bound to silica membrane. Small RNA contained in flow-through can be specifically bound to a special miRNA spin column. This kit provides powerful lysis capability, large extraction quantity, high specificity and broad application.
