Calcium Assay Kit

Calcium Assay Kit is an Assay Kit by Arsenazo III Method.

Based on the bottle type, product model can be classified into Hitachi 7170, Hitachi 7060, Hitachi 7020, Beckman, Toshiba, Mindray, DuPont, Innova, Siemens, KHB, Abbott, Universal types, etc.

This product is used to determine Ca2+ content in human serum.

Calcium ion in the sample reacts with Arsenazo III to form blue com pounds at alkaline condition. The color depth is proportional to the calcium ion concentration. Calcium ion concentration in the sample can be calculated by comparing the calibrator result with same processing.
