Manufacturer - Applications	Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: IHC-P (1:100-1:300), ELISA (1:10000). Not yet tested in other applications.

Storage Conditions	Stable for one year at -20C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Background	NTRK2 encodes a member of the neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase (NTRK) family. This kinase is a membrane-bound receptor that, upon neurotrophin binding, phosphorylates itself and members of the MAPK pathway. Signalling through this kinase leads to cell differentiation. Mutations in NTRK2 have been associated with obesity and mood disorders. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
