Description	FOPNL is involved in the biogenesis of cilia. This protein belongs to the FGFR1OP family and contains 1 LisH domain. FOPNL is widely expressed and detected in brain, heart, kidney, liver, lung, skeletal muscle, placenta and intestine. Recombinant human FOPNL protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
Form	Liquid. In 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 0.15M NaCl, 10% glycerol
Storage	Can be stored at +4C short term (1-2 weeks). For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C or -70C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
