Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1 to 16000.
Western Blot: Approx 75-80kDa band observed in Human lysates of Burkitt's lymphoma cell line Daudi (calculated MW of 79.7kDa according to NP_001610.2). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1.0ug/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
