Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1 to 2000.
Western Blot: Approx 30kDa band observed in Human Placenta, and approx 28kDa in Mouse Heart lysates (calculated MW of 30.1kDa according to Human NP_976034.3 and 25.0kDa according to Mouse NP_001239381.1). Recommended concentration: 0.5--2ug/ml.
