Important Comments: This antibody is expected to recognise all reported isoforms (NP_954870.2, NP_954868.1 and NP_954869.1). It may cross-react with the almost identical TPTE2 (GeneID 93492; NP_570141.2, NP_954864.1, NP_954863.1).
Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Supplied As: lyophilized powder of 50ug or 100ug IgG; Reconsititute IgG with 100ul or 200ul sterile DI Water and final product will be formulated as 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
Aliquot and store at -20C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1 to 16000.
Western Blot: Approx 50-55kDa band observed in Human Testis lysates (calculated MW of 60.2kDa according to NP_954869.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml.
Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Adrenal Gland. Recommended concentration: 2.5ug/ml.
