Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1 to 128000.
Western Blot: Approx 55kDa band observed in lysates of cell line epithelial colorectal adenocarcinoma and HeLa (calculated MW of 59kDa according to NP_39249.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3ug/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
