Non-Human GeneID(s): 51869 (mouse);
Important Comments: This antibody is expected to recognize both reported isoforms (NP_060621.3; NP_001171134.1). The immunizing peptide sequence has been optimised for cross-reactiviy in mouse. Reported variants represent identical protein: NP_001171135.1, NP_001171136.1, NP
Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Supplied As: lyophilized powder of 50ug or 100ug IgG; Reconsititute IgG with 100ul or 200ul sterile DI Water and final product will be formulated as 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
Aliquot and store at -20C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1 to 8000.
Western Blot: Approx 270kDa band observed in lysates of cell line HeLa and of Mouse Embryonic Stem cells (calculated MW of 274kDa according to NP_060621.3). The observed band is suppressed by introduction of Rif1 siRNA to HeLa. Recommended concentration:
