Supplied As: lyophilized powder of 50ug or 100ug IgG; Reconsititute IgG with 100ul or 200ul sterile DI Water and final product will be formulated as 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1 to 64000.
Western Blot: Approx 36kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines HeLa and MCF7 and in nuclear lysates of cell line NIH3T3 (calculated MW of 36.0kDa according to NP_002128.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1ug/ml.
Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Small Intestine shows nuclear staining. Recommended concentration, 5-10ug/ml.
