sIL-6R Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 338 amino acids (20-357) corresponding to the mature IL-6R protein, having a molecular weight of 42.25 kDa, with an aminoterminal hexahistidine tag.The sIL6R is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Physical Appearance and Stability: Store at 4C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20C for longer periods of time. Please avoid freeze thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: CD126 His-Tag protein is supplied in 20mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 0.8M Urea & 50% glycerol. Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
