Formulation and Purity: The LIF GST protein solution (1mg/1ml) is formulated in 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) 1mM DTT, 50mM NaCl and 20% glycerol. Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
