Soluble LYVE1 Human Recombinant fused to a GST-tag produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide containing 243-323 amino acids and having a total molecular mass of 36 kDa. The LYVE-1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Physical Appearance and Stability: Store at 4° C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20° C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: LYVE-1 Human Recombinant protein at 100ug/ml in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol. Greater than 90.0% as determined by(a)Analysis by RP-HPLC.(b)Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
