Description	Threonyl-tRNA Synthetase Human Recombinant produced in SF9 is a glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 83, 312 Dalton. PL-7 is expressed with a -6xHis tag and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. hysical Appearance and Stability: Store at 4° C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20° C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Formulation and Purity: PL-7 is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH-8, 200mM sodium chloride, and 20% glycerol. Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
