GOT2 Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 424 amino acids (30-430 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 47kDa. The GOT2 fused to a 23 amino acid his tag at N-terminus and is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Physical Appearance and Stability: Store at 4C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: The GOT2 solution (0.5mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.15M NaCl, 10% glycerol and 1mM DTT. Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
