GCSF Rat Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 195 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 21.5kDa.The G-CSF is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Physical Appearance and Stability: Lyophilized G-CSF although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution GCSF should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C.For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: Lyophilized from a 0.2um filtered solution in 5mM Sodium Citrate, pH 4.0. Greater than 97.0% as determined by:(a)Analysis by RP-HPLC.(b)Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized GCSF in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Biological Activity: The ED50 determined by a cell proliferation assay using murine NFS-60 cells is less than 0.05ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of > 2.0x 107 IU/mg.
