The Connective Tissue Growth Factor amino acids 182-250, produced in E.Coli, is a fusion protein with His Tag (4 kDa), having a total molecular mass of 15 kDa.
Physical Appearance and Stability: Lyophilized CTGF although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution CTGF should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C.For long-term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: Lyophilized without any additives. Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized CTGF in sterile 18MO-cm H2O not less than 100 ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
