Description
EGF Mouse Recombinant, Biotin produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 61 amino acids and having a total molecular mass of 7.0kDa. This version of EGF has a N terminal leader sequence hosting a biotin conjugation. There are 0.5 biotins for each EGF protein.

Physical Appearance and Stability: Should be stored at 4C.Please do not freeze.
Formulation and Purity: The protein (0.5mg/ml) solution contains sterile PBS. Greater than 95.0% as determined by analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Biological Activity: The ED50 as determined by the dose-dependent proliferation of mouse BALB/c 3T3 cells is 0.14-0.2ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of 7.1x106units/mg.
