The HDGF Human recombinant protein is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain produced in E. coli, having a molecular weight of 11.5kDa and containing 100 amino acids.The HDGF is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Physical Appearance and Stability: Store at 4° C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20° C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: The HDGF protein solution (1mg/ml) is formulated in 20mM Tris-HCl pH-7.5, 1mM DTT, 10% glycerol and 1mM EDTA. Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
