TGFA Human Recombinant (40-89) produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 50 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 6kDa.The TGFA is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Physical Appearance and Stability: Lyophilized TGFA although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution TGFA should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C.For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: Lyophilized from a 0.2um filtered solution in Acetonitrile and TFA. Greater than 97.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized TGFA in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Biological Activity: The ED50, as measured in a proliferation assay using mouse Balb/3T3 cells, is less than 0.4ng/ml.
