Physical Appearance and Stability: Lyophilized Bovine Apo Transferrin although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution Bovine Apo Transferrin should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C.Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: The protein (1mg/ml) was lyophilized with no additives. Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Apo Transferrin in sterile 18M?-cm H2O not less than 1gr/30ml in 20min. at 20-25C.
