MANF Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 158 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 18.1 kDa. The MANF is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Physical Appearance and Stability: Lyophilized MANF although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution MANF should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C.For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: Filtered (0.2um) and lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml) solution in 1xPBS, pH7.4. Greater than 95.0% as determined by:(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized MANF in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Biological Activity: The ED50 was determined by its ability to stimulate the proliferation of rat C6 cells is typically 15-25 ug/ml.
