Recombinant Human BCL2 produced in E.coli cells is a non-glycosylated, homodimeric protein containing 210 amino acid chain and having a molecular mass of 23.2kDa. The Human BCL2 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Physical Appearance and Stability: BCL2 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored at 4C.For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Formulation and Purity: BCL2 is a 0.2um filtered concentrated solution which contains 25 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 100mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT, 30 % Glycerol, and 0.01%Tween-80. Greater than 95.0% as determined by:(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
