DKK3 Human Recombinant is a single polypeptide chain containing 337 amino acids (22-350). DKK3 is fused to 8 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Physical Appearance and Stability: Lyophilized DKK3 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution DKK3 should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: DKK3 was lyophilized from a 0.2uM filtered solution of 20mM PB and 150mM NaCl, pH 7.2. Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized DKK3 in 1xPBS to a concentration no less than 100 ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
