LECT2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain (Gly19-Leu151) containing 143 amino acids including a 10 aa His tag at N-terminus. The total calculated molecular mass is 16kDa.

Physical Appearance and Stability: Store lyophilized protein at -20C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4C for a limited period of time; it does not show any change after two weeks at 4C.
Formulation and Purity: LECT2 was filtered (0.4 um) and lyophilized in 20mM Tris buffer, 50mM NaCl & pH 7.5. Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Solubility: It is recommended to add 200ul of deionized water to prepare a working stock solution of approximately 0.5mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. LECT2 is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.
