RAP1A Recombinant E.coli produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 201 amino acids (1-181 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 22.8 kDa. The RAP1A is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by conventional chromatography.

Physical Appearance and Stability: Store at 4C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: 0.25mg/ml solution containing 20mM Tris HCL pH-8.0, 5mM DTT, 0.2M NaCl & 40% glycerol. Greater than 85.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
