Description	p53 Mutant Human Recombinant full length protein (a.a 135) expressed in E.coli, shows a 81 kDa band on SDS-PAGE.The p53 Mutant is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Physical Appearance and Stability: Store vial at -20C to -80C. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months.Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles. Formulation and Purity: p53 Mutant at 100ug/ml in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol.
