SEPT5 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 392 amino acids (1-369) and having a molecular mass of 45.2 kDa.The SEPT5 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Physical Appearance and Stability: Store at 4C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: SEPT5 protein (0.25mg/ml) is supplied in 20mM Tris-HCL, pH-8, 0.3M NaCl, 1mM DTT and 40% Glycerol. Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
