Physical Appearance and Stability: SSBP1 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored at 4C.For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Formulation and Purity: SSBP1 is a 0.2um filtered concentrated solution which contains 20mM Tris, pH 7.4, 200mM NaCl, 1mM EDTA, 0.5mM DTT, and 50% Glycerol. Greater than 95.0% as determined by:(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
