Description	Description: Recombinant HBsAg adw antigen was mutated by replacing the Glutamine residue at position 129 with Histidine, having an Mw of 24kDa. Source: Pichia pastoris. Physical Appearance and Stability: HBsAg Should be stored at 4C. Formulation and Purity: Sterile Filtered solution containing 20mM Sodium Carbonate-Bicarbonate pH 9.3, 100mM Sodium Chloride, 3mM EDTA and 15% Glycerol. Greater than 85.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE Coomassie staining.
