Description: Recombinant HCV Core produced in E.coli is a non-glycosylated polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 16.8 kDa and fused to a His tag at N-terminus.
Physical Appearance and Stability: HCV Core although stable at room temperature for 4 weeks, should be stored below -18C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: Lyophilized from 1mg/ml in 1xPBS pH-7.4 and 0.02% SDS. Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized HCV Core in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
