Description: Recombinant HCV core protein genotype 1b comprised of the large core peptide of 169 aa produced in E.Coli and fused to a 6xHis tag at C-terminus. The total Mw is 25.4kDa and the pI is 11.02, was purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Physical Appearance and Stability: Store at 4C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20C for longer periods of time.For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: Sterile filtered solution containing Phosphate saline buffer, 50mM arginine and 1M urea. Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
