Description	Description: The E.coli derived HRP recombinant protein is a non-glycosylated polypeptide chain, containing the HIV-1 p24 immunodominant regions and fused to a GST tag at N-terminus. Physical Appearance and Stability: HIV-1 p24 although stable at 4C for 1 week, should be stored below -18C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles. Formulation and Purity: 1.5M urea, 25mM Tris-HCl pH-8.0 and 50% Glycerol. Greater than 90.0% as determined by HPLC analysis and SDS-PAGE. Application: ELISA, Western blots, Flow-through.
