Description	Description: Allantoic fluid of 10 days old embryonated eggs, inoculated with influenza A virus, strain A/Brisbane/10/07. The Influenza Virus was purified by Ultracentrifugation with 10-40 % sucrose gradient. Physical Appearance and Stability: A/Brisbane/10/07although stable 4C for 4 weeks, should be stored below -18C. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles. Formulation and Purity: The H3N2 A/Brisbane/10/07 solution contains STE, 0.1% sodium azide (NaN3) and 0.005% thimerosal. Greater than 90.0% as determined byAnalysis by SDS-PAGE.
