Background
Nuclear factor of kappa light polypeptide gene enhancer in B-cells inhibitor, epsilon, also known as NFKBIE, is a protein which in humans is encoded by the NFKBIE gene. Predicted to be involved in D-serine transport. Predicted to act upstream of or within negative regulation of transcription, DNA-templated. Predicted to be located in several cellular components, including Golgi apparatus; nuclear lumen; and perinuclear region of cytoplasm. Is expressed in several structures, including central nervous system; dorsal root ganglion; eye; genitourinary system; and thymus. Orthologous to human NFKBIE (NFKB inhibitor epsilon).
Immunogen
E.coli-derived mouse IKB epsilon/Nfkbie recombinant protein (Position: Q111-D364).
