Description	Our Anti-SUR2A mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N319A/14. It is KO validated, detects mouse and rat SUR2A, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, WB.
Target Description	Sulfonylurea receptor 2A (SUR2A), or ATP binding cassette transporter subfamily C member 9 is encoded by the gene ABCC9 and is a member of the ABC transporter super family. Differential splicing of the ABCC9 gene produces 2 isoforms, SUR2A and SUR2B. SUR2A forms cardiac and smooth muscle-type KATP channels with KCNJ11(Kir6.2) and is involved in regulation and activation. Diseases associated with this gene include Cantu Syndrome and Dilated Cardiomyopathy 1O.
