One of the major signaling pathways used by eukaryotic cells to translate extracellular signals into cellular responses is the MAP (mitogen-activated protein) kinase cascade. So far, four MAPK subgroups (ERK, ERK5, JNK and p38) have been identified in humans. ERK, extracellular signal-regulated kinases 1 and 2 are growth factor-sensitive serine/threonine kinases.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunofluorescence: 25ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
