Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, 0.02% sodium azide, 10% glycerol.

Recombinant protein corresponding to human TUBB3, aa1-450, expressed in E. coli.

Tubulin Beta 3 is a 450aa protein. Tubulin is the major constituent of microtubules. It binds two moles of GTP, one at an exchangeable site on the beta chain and one at a non-exchangeable site on the alpha-chain. TUBB3 plays a critical role in proper axon guidance and mantainance. Its expression is primarily restricted to central and peripheral nervous system.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1:1000
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: 1:200
Flow Cytometry: 1:200
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Hybridoma:
F0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
