Recombinant corresponding to mouse Frizzled-4 extracellular domain expressed in NSO cells.

Frizzled-4 belongs to the Frizzled family of 7-pass transmembrane proteins and binds to Wnt-8. Frizzled-4 is expressed by a variety of tissues. It is implicated in several developmental processes, notably in retinal angiogenesis.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug/10e6 cells. HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line.
Immunocytochemistry: 8-25ug/ml in immersion fixed HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line.
Western Blot:1ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Hybridoma:
NS0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
