Yeast tubulin. Species sequence homology: avian, mammals and fungi.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence and RIA. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Immunohistochemistry: Frozen.
ELISA: 10ug/ul as detection antibody
Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Recommended Secondary Reagents:
I1904-49H: IgG, F(ab’)2 (HRP) Pab Rb xRt

Hybridoma:
Spleen cells from immunized LOU rats were fused with cells of the rat YB2/0 myeloma cell line.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
